LANDesk is pleased to announce the general availability of LANDesk Service Desk 7.3.2. As of Friday 26th February 2010, LANDesk Service Desk 7.3.2 is the current shipping version. All orders and upgrades will be fulfilled with this version. This new release is a planned service pack release with a focus on consolidating the index and search engines used in the LANDesk Service Desk suite for Knowledge Management.

Can I Upgrade to version 7.3.2 and continue using Verity® K2?
No, as Verity® K2 is not shipped with version 7.3.2. Upon upgrading to 7.3.2, all knowledge management functions are delivered by the new search index and search engine. You may notice slight differences regarding how a particular Knowledge Management feature is implemented but should not lose any features.
Can I still upgrade to a historical version of LANDesk?
No, from 28th February 2010 all new orders and upgrades will be fulfilled with version 7.3.2.
