These 3 analyst records should not be removed from ServiceDesk as they are system records and used to perform specific tasks within the system.  They are included in your analysts licence count but you are allocated an extra 3 additional analyst licences in order to account for this.

Environment: Up to and including version 7.4 of Service Desk

 

These 3 analyst records should not be removed from ServiceDesk as they are system records and used to perform specific tasks within the system.  They are included in your analysts licence count but you are allocated an extra 3 additional analyst licences in order to account for this.

 

NOTE: From 7.5 of ServiceDesk SA is not included in the licence count.  The System user is converted to a user type of system which can only be used for services and system tray applications, not for logging onto Service Desk.  The Guest user is not used by default.  Rather than deleting the Guest account, if you are not sure whether you have used this for a specific function, we would recommend changing it to a concurrent user type and if you have concurrency on your licence key you may want to ensure that the password or network login is adjusted.
