Utility to troubleshoot Integrated Security Remote Control
The following is a utility that is used to validate Remote Control Integrated Security web request.
Download and extract the Test RC Utility that is attached to this article.
Run the TestRCWeb.exe and insert the proper fields as seen below:
Click on the "Get Rights" button.
A successful attempt will return the following results page and a "Success" in the utility.
You can check the Core server w3wp.exe.log for the results of this request at: C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv

Is this an 8.8 only tool? Or do the files need to be placed in the LDMAIN or something? When I run it on my 8.7 SP5 core I get and Application failed to initialize properly error message?
