Problem:  A vulnerability that is set to autofix is no longer attempting to autofix.

Solution:  If vulscan.exe attempts to install a patch and there is a failure during the installation of that patch, vulscan.exe  will no longer attempt to repair this vulnerability unless the patch install status is cleared.  The purpose of this setting is to prevent a computer from constantly trying to download a patch that could cause the computer not function properly.
