Updated LDMS 8.8 SP2 Help File

Has anyone else copied the updated SP2 Help file (ldms.chm) and found that the right hand pane shows nothing?

Copy the older one back and all ok. No matter where you launch the new chm file from you only get the TOC on left pane!!

file is being blocked. Unblock the file
