Logon failed knowledge management search

We are having problems with knowledgebase. Had to rebuild the collection and now servicedesk will not return values from verity with our incident and change forms. Using knowledge management search gets a Logon failed message. I can do test searches from verity and it returns successful results. Thanks.

It looks like your Knowledge Service is pointing at a TPS it can't log in to. If you check the config file (located in LANDEsk Knowledge folder), is the address there correct? Have you definitely got the right SA password? You can change this (as it's encoded) using the TouchpaperPasswordTool.exe located in the LANDesk Applications folder. Failing all that, is there anything with a more informative error in the event log?
