In my servicedesk console ->queries->system queries I have nearly 120 queries but not all the queries are visible in service portal, when I want to add query detail module or query shortcut module I didn't see the query I have created lastly even other queries, I have just 73 queries shown in 120.
It is really urgent can anyone please help me.
I'm pretty sure this is a known problem, so you'd need to contact your local support team to progress this I think. I had issues with not being bale to see any config queries, but I could see others fine.
Dave is right, this is a known problem on version 7.3 (4319). The issue is fixed in 7.3.1 and if you contact your Support provider we can help you with a work-around until you upgrade.
Is there a patch available that can be used to resolve this rather than an upgrade to 7.31?
Yes there is a workaround for getting the queries available in 7.3 but its a bit fiddly so please contact Support for more information.
