Built Packages command lines

Hi all

Are there any command lines that can be applied to packages built "Package Builder".  I need to to silently install software and repair packages with prompting the user.

Thanks in advance.

Mick

Re: Built Packages command lines

I searched for this on the community and could not find it but it is probably here somewhere but see attached doc. So silent would be  /An. Commandlines for sdclient and inst32 are applicable.

Re: Built Packages command lines

By and large the answer here is "no".

Any command-line parameters for INST32 are usually passed through SDCLIENT direct.

Maybe turning the question around may be more fruitful - what is it you're trying to acheive?

Yep, we use it all the time. Just for clarification....Paul we run Package Builder packages outside of LANDesk so we need to use the appropriate command lines for silent, heal, etc...

Ah OK - I've dug up the 6.5 timeline precursor to that document, but your one will do the trick. The doc that ZMAN has uploaded pretty complete though, so should be fine :).
