Sorry for the mess, but since I can't create new or reply to any discussions on Landesk Management Suite communities I'm posting here.
Is there anything wrong with the forum itself? I created new account to post but still can't do it anywhere apart from LD Service Desk section. I'd contact administrators, but either I am getting blind thanks to hours in front of my PC screen, or there aren't any "Contact us" buttons on whole site. Tried opening few Admins user details but no private message option available there..
There doesn't seem to be from what I can tell.

to get in touch with support. We can try to figure out what might be going on with your respective account and fix it through those means.

Thanks Beau, this worked for me.
I've sent last week an e-mail to get acces to the Self Service Portal to email@example.com, but untill now, no action taken by LANDesk.
Can you get this fixed also, please? Or how can I get this escallated?
