Push task failed "Failed to Download all Add'l files for a Package"

Using LD 8.7, my push tasks are failing with error "Failed to Download all Add'l files for a Package".


Here is what the log says:

Application not found


System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: Application not found
   at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
   at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start()
   at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
   at LANDesk.ManagementSuite.SoftwareDistribution.WinUI.TaskScheduler.TargetNode.HandleViewLogFile(Object sender, EventArgs e)
