I am upgrading Landesk Service Desk Version for 7.4 but I have a problem in Web Desk. I can't see Incident tree with information about notes, attachemnts and so on. If I open the same incident with Console i can see it, but from Web Desk it is impossible. Althougth i access with an analyst user or Enduser.
In Web Access you don't see a tree of information, instead you display the information on tabs or in the history panel. Here is an article which might also give you some other useful tips whilst you migrate to 7.4 :
