You simply need to get them to execute uninstallwinclient.exe, which is located in the managementsuite folder on the core. You can push this as a software dist task, or you can call this via login script, GPO, or any other method you so desire.
But if you are planning on redeloying the agent, remember that you DO NOT need to remove the existing agent first, installing an agent will automatically remove an existing agent (apart from the unique ID number - which you proberbly want to keep)
