just an information for those who like to update servicedesk to 7.5. In earlier versions notes/attachments coming in by inbound mail has as the creation user SA. This has changed now, it is System now. Think about this in your calculations and process conditions... (we noticed it after the upgrade...)
Good point - I think you can change it back though to use SA by modifying the service. Maybe moving forward create a system account called Email to make it very clear who did what.
Yes you can change it to any account you like by the looks of it in teh new Config Centre of 7.5. Just stop the relevant service click Edit and change the user account. On the note of creating a new account for email etc, would that take up a licence?

Where do these accounts fit with regards to the privileging model; do they run as administrator level or do we need to copy the existing one to copy the base privs?
