I have come across a strange error in service desk.
Randomly the Support Agent receives an error saying "Incident was changed by another user. Do you want to reload it?"
Now this comes sporadically when the agent takes a few minutes to fill out a new note or assignment. Then when he tries to save that error pops up.
I can assure that no other user has manipulated/changed the incident while the agent was creating the action.
Unfortunately I can not reproduce this error. It comes randomly.
Has anyone come across this and maybe knows how to fix it? Any ideas would really help!

I finally solved the problem.
It was a field on the incident BO. This had a calculation on it that con executed "After Read".
My guess is that this somehow got executed by queries.
After I removed the calculation the error disappeared!
