When opening an incident in the Console, the drop down for my "Response Level" appears fine with all the options ive inputted.
However, in the Web Access, the drop down is blank or doesnt display any options.
Is there something i need to do to enable this drop down to display in the webaccess?

What do you mean by that exactly?
My other drop-downs (such as Categories) displays just fine on console and webaccess, but for some reason my Response Level drop down isnt showing anything in the web version.
Look at the window for your response level in Window Manager. Highlight the window and then right click the window, do you have the option to make it available in Web Access? If you do not see the option to make it available in WebAccess, it should be available in Web Access already so that would mean its not the problem.
I would then check the rules...
Do you have any view rules applied to that object? The views are at the bottom of the window manager.

I checked the window and it does show its already been made available in Web Access.
I checked the rules and nothing is set to that object.
It's odd that all the other drop downs work fine except this one.. any other ideas to look at?
The other thing to check would be business copy rules.
right click on incident management in window manager and look at all the copy rules. I've had certain dropdowns show empty if I had a copy rule setup and the "Clear Target if source is empty" was checked off.
Been awhile since i revisited this thread, but i checked the Response Level filtering and its set on "Any", not Web Access. (like your screen shot posted)
Any other ideas to explore?
Not off the top of my head at the moment I'm afraid, I think it would need someone to have a look at your design and advise from there so I would advise raising it with support directly.
