No matter how I try to modify this line, I cannot get ghost to correctly launch in WinPE
"ldrun RunBatch -1 h:\landeskimages\Tools\Ghost11\ghost32.exe -nousb -clone,mode=load,src=i:\x86_71A.GHO,dst=1 -sure"
If I manually type it in, it seems to run fine, but does not seem to work from the OSD script.
So far the only thing that is working is to LDrun a batch file on the network share, that runs: h:\landeskimages\Tools\Ghost11\ghost32.exe -nousb -clone,mode=load,src=i:\x86_71A.GHO,dst=1 -sure
This works, except I keep getting cannot lock the disk errors... so frustrating.
are you doing in this in OSD?
path out your mapped drive to exactly where the image tool is:
mine looks like this:
REMEXEC26="ldrun RunBatch -1 h: ghost32.exe -nousb -clone,mode=load,src=i:\Test\Images\Win7.GHO,dst=1 -sure -auto", STATUS FACILITY=3511
Notice landesk has a space after the h:
I tried that too with no luck, correction.
It launches, but ever time it does, I get "The destination disk could not be locked."
EMiranda had the correct answer to my question.
You had to have a space between H: and ghost32.exe. I didnt have to do this for the batch file, so I am guessing it has something to do with ldrun or RunBatch.
As far as the disk locking, I had to add the following lines above my ghost launch
REMEXEC20=diskpart /s X:\LDClient\RMVOL.TXT
REMEXEC21=diskpart /s X:\LDClient\WIPEDISK0PART1.TXT
