If I log a call all analysts recieve the notification, also no detial of the call is supplied with the e-mail, just Subject ?
I believe this is problem 4914 stated in Doc Number 19837

Well, it may be the case, but I would like to see the details of the Assignment or Reminder action that is being used to do this in your process before making that conclusion. Could you post a screen shot of the process flow and also the action details.
Also when you post the screen shots, can you also clarify how you would like the notification to work in order to provide the proper configuration of the notification within the process
