I'm currently testing the 7.5 upgrade (we are moving from 7.3.2 with the old Service Portal), I would like to be able to offer the ability to use the report feature available. However even after running the set DSN application to put in the database credentials, I get an error in web access. I have attached a screenshot of the incident.
When I run the report in Crystal it is still still asking for database credentials though, when I put in the credentials it works fine though? So I'm a bit confused.
Please check if the report is working when launching it through Console, if you are getting the same error message then check that the Database Location on the report is correct.

That worked - I think the problem was I wasn't using the OLE DB for SQL Server as my data source, I was using the ADO I think. It's is now working in both Console and Web Access.
