I have created a query that returns a list of incidents for that customer and groups by Week. This works fine in the Console. However when displaying it in Self Service it groups by second instead of by week, so it ends up with each individual incident with it's creation date timestamp as the grouping.

I have logged it with Support who confirmed that this is not designed to work in Web Access only in the console. I have created an ER for this feature to be addedd to Web Access - http://community.landesk.com/support/ideas/2720
Support did provide me with a workaround - which is to create a new atrribute on the incident business object then use a calulation to populate that field with the year and week for each incident then group on that field. It works in the test system, albeit not ideal.
Tt's hard to get things acknowledged as a bug isn't it? If there was a list of differences between the functionality of webaccess and console this wouldn't be quite so painful. Reading the marketing material put out by LANDesk on Webaccess makes quite interesting reading in this regard.
Yes, this is pretty frustrating as it would be a huge benefit to have. I am surprised this was overlooked. I'll be sure to vote on it. Grouping by Month and Year would also be invaluable.
