Remote Control agent

My help desk is stating that the remote control agent keeps on switching from  direct mode to gateway mode. Once rebooted it goes back direct mode. The RM agent can be switch manually.


Has anyone seen this issue?

    There has been several people reporting this. I would open a ticket up with support so it is on support's radar. It is the automagic detection on the client in SP3, it needs to have better handling of the core check for network connections that may be slow, etc... (vpn).
