We have a problem in our process, when we are waiting for an external or client answer, our process have a stop clock, in the template the box is checked but sometimes it doesn't work. Because when we make a return from external or from our client we have this message:
If you have any idea....
For information we used LDMS from 7 years and change our IWS ISILOG last month with LDSD 7.5 :-).
the problem (sorry it's iu french...en cours means in progress and Stop clock is Arreter l'horloge ):
But i just read this article : http://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-11783 and i think it's the same problem
Yes, you are correct, the issue is when the clock has already been started and the process tries to start it again. There are a couple of things that you need to look at. First, how is the clock being restarted because the only way it appears that it should is by the automatic actions in the process. If you are allowing people to change the boolean on the main form that is a bad thing. The second, is that if there is a valid reason for the clock already being started, you need to put a decision in the process that tests for that and just avoids the Start action.
Thanks for you quick answer, i will make an incident becaus i think that the process is good so i thnik there is a problem with the action who stop the clock.
Have a nice Week-end
