I'm trying to search (using toolbar) articles, documents or incidents from Web Desk and it is impossible, i be able to search by incident number only.
I am using SA user and i can't understand it.
If i type the tile of an incident, for example, i dind't get any result, but if i make the same action in the console i get the result!
Could someone help me?
If it's working in Console it may be your WebAccess tps.config file.
What does the below entry read as?
<add key="FreeTextSearchIndexPath" value="\\Your Location\Landesk Lucene" />
The FreeTextSearchIndexPath tells your framework where to find the index files for knowledge. If it works for console you probably just need to copy the path from the framework your console uses to your Webaccess framework. The tps.config files have these values. Long way of saying Chris_W is probably right. If your console wasn't working at all, then I would think your problems are elsewhere.
