Patch Management for Skype v5.9.0.114

Currently running LanDesk Management 9 SP2.

I got no issue patching other applications such as Flash Player, Adobe Reader, Itunes, etc.  However, I am getting a failed return code 412 for all PC when attempting to patch Skype v5.9.0.114.  I patched previous version of Skype last month with no issues.  Anyone else running into this issue?
