Thousands separator for int/decimal attributes

Hi all,

is it possible to activate a thousands separator for numbers in WebAccess or in Service Desk in general (However WebAccess would be more important)

i.e. an integer field has the number "2500".

This should be displayed as "2,500".

Can anyone point me to the right direction if this is even possible?

    Hi Kai,

I don't think the standard decimal or int32 fields will display this thousands separator, however you could raise an enhancement request for this to be available. If this is only for display purposes you could use a calculation to reformat the decimal value as a string and add in the separator, however this wouldn't allow the value to be updated, and would require a separate field for the number to be enetered in.
