Service Desk test plan 7.3

Hi all,

 

We've sucessfully installed 7.3 in our test environement and all seems fine. But I've been asked to devise a test plan to check the stability/performance/new available features.

 

Problem is, I'm not sure what I should ask my Analysts to check!

 

I'll obviously use the new features list but any tips on what else my Analysts could check? Particularly in terms of stability and performance.
