Help with Process Designer

Please see attached document.

 

In the 'survey' part of the process, how/where do I specify where completed surveys are sent to (an email address, for example)?

 

I'm having the same problem with automated emails being sent to an incorrect email address - where can I specify the email address the bouncebacks are sent to?

The way that the surveys work is that an email goes out to the user telling them there is a survey to fill out.  The survey itself isn't actually mailed to the user.  This is done through the reminder going into the resolved process.  From there the user can open up the incident and there will be an action associated with it to open the survey and fill it out.  These will be the actions coming from the resolved process.  So when your user opens the incident (usually through a link in the email that would take them to the incident in the service portal) they will see the action on the left to fill out the survey.  In your document it looks like the action would be 'Complete Our Survey'.  So they would click on that action to open the survey.  Once they've saved the survey it will progress to the closed status.

 

So to answer your question, you don't specify where the completed survey will go.  To fix the automated email address you can open the mail tool.  There is a 'reply to' setting where you can specify what email address the users reply to.
