Haven't done it myself, but from what I remember of discussions MS didn't make this capable of PXE boot so you need to look at using USB or DVD boot media to get into provisioning.

Making some progress on this issue. I've created a UEFI compatible Windows 8.1 image using ImageW2 64bit. Struggling still with driver issues and HII not completing as part of a Provisioning Script. Have an open ticket with support. Another anomoly I've found is with Remote control viewer. I can remote these tablet devices but I cannot scroll the screen or control the mouse. I suspect that its a driver issue with tablet touch screens as I see the same behavior on Surface Pro 2 tablets and the Dell Venu 11.
The remote control view is most likely the result of dpi scaling on the device. Try changing those settings and see if that makes a difference. I have seen this happen on the Surface Pro 3.
