Cannot RC through the gateway

    We have become aware of a configuration issue with Remote Control through the gateway.

     

    If in the Mac Agent Config under remote control the "Permission Required" option is checked then when the machine is remote controlled through the gateway the user is not prompted to allow the remote control session and the session is terminated with the following message in the connection message area of the RC viewer:

     

    You do not have rights to access the remote computer.

     

     

    We are looking into a resolution for this issue.
