Which Universal Connector are you talking about? I seem to remember something distantly from a few years ago, is that it?
And what is it you're wanting to do?
LDMS 9 has got the MBSDK (Message Based SDK), which you can use to interact with it, if that's what you're after...?

this is the MINI console Here is what I get on the HELP
The LANDesk Universal Connector consists of two components: the Message-Based SDK (MBSDK) and the mini-console, which is the focus of this document.
The mini-console is a compact version of the LANDesk Management Suite console that can be used for a variety of remote service tasks. Primarily, it allows the viewing of inventory data and the initiation of remote control for a selected machine. A machine can be selected by name in the UI or specified by name or IP address via command line options used to launch the console.
The integration challenges for this component meant it got changed into a service component quite some time ago. There is a 'mini-console' solution available called Integration Launcher that allows integration into most service desks. You can take a look at it here:
It also allows for other tools to be presented through the same interface so isn't just restructed to LANDesk functions.
