See this document.
HII along with Provisioning and a couple of others went through major changes in SP3.
If the option is still showing in your console off the core, then it would seem that it hasn't been updated to SP3. There is and SP3 console patch.
This document goes into more detail on the HII changes in SP3.
Hope this helps.
thank you for the reply.
I have upgraded our Core to SP3 (or at least I thought I had!) >
It could be that the core is not actually upgraded /??? as I have an issue now with injecting new network drivers in to WinPE and them not being recognised.
I have the issue as originally posted here >
I have done as suggested by eMiranda but still same issue..
A little off subject I know but might be related to the SP3 installation?
By the looks of it, I would say that you did upgrade your core server but not the off-core console you may be trying to use. You will need to upgrade all of your consoles to SP3. But like dterrel stated, SP2 to SP3 brought on a lot of changes to HII imaging. One of those being the removal of that button. Now all you need to do is point to a HII driver repository on a Preferred Server and LANDesk will build a database of drivers on its own.
I believe that the core is upgraded. I am almost certain that the remote console was not. If you are trying to inject the drivers from the remote console and not the core, they will fail if the console is not upgraded to the level of the core.
There is a console upgrade for sp3 that you should run on all of your remote consoles.
I hope this is of some help.
