LANDesk will by default add security related patches (MSxx-xxx), they will usually add other patches, like the one you mention if someone request it. You must do that by contacting support and putting in a ticket... via phone, self support portal or if you have TAM access through them

I believe the Microsoft KB you are referring to is incorrect. The kb you are referring to should be KB 2553141(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2553141). Make sure you update that before you submit a request.
