What version are you running ?
I think this was fixed in 7.5, because we had a similar problem and LANDesk told us this was fixed in 7.5.
I am using 7.5
So it looks like it is still there.
Or I am missing something...
OK, I have not tested it with 7.5 yet.
The problem we had was an inbound email would come in and it would look fine in the Windows client, but in Web Access, the text would like one continuous block of text.
After looking at my existing cases with support, I think they goofed. They said it was Problem 5289 - "Records cannot be modified in Web Access if they include an HTML attribute that contains an image". Support then closed the case. However, these emails do not contain an image, just straight text.
So, if you are still experiencing this in 7.5, I guess it's still a bug.......

Yes there is an issue in 7.5, apologies that you seem to have been given some incorrect information on this. The problem is 5371 - Carriage returns are not displayed correctly in the content gadget. It is currently a high priority to be fixed. Here is a document with more information about this: Content gadget or HTML multiline string attributes in Web Access 7.4 and 7.5
Please can you raise a support case about this quoting the problem number and let the support team know what browsers you are using because the issue symptoms are different depending on the version.
